Sweet Pea

Bladder incontinence affects a huge 30-40% of menopausal women, rising to 50% for postmenopausal women.

Many of these women are under the impression that they have to wear incontinence pads and underwear as a solution. These are unappealing for many reasons - including the fact that they do not actually tackle the root of the problem.

Women find that searching for other solutions online and via the GP is confusing and unhelpful because there is a lack of information but also too much contradicting information.

Sweet Pea is a toolkit provided by the NHS, educating menopausal women on natural solutions to their bladder incontinence.
